SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA might be rendering solutions like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency reported it is alarmed in regards to the large number of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out status sassa to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The provider point designed for intervention ordeals a website higher inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for the office to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more assets to help the servicing of all clients and maximize use of Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
